Frequently Asked Questions

Weather: In the event of rain, excessive wind, temperatures below 30º, or snow we will not be able to do your rental. We will call you an hour prior to rental time to discuss the weather. Should we not be able to proceed with your rental we will refund your money or reschedule your event if you have pre-purchased a RAIN WAIVER*. Also if your child should become sick or there should be an unforeseen emergency beyond the 48hr. time period we will not refund your money, but you can reschedule your event  for another date (barring any major holidays and their surrounding weekends). If inclement weather prohibits safe use of the jump after delivery you will be charged $20.00 plus any delivery fees that apply and refunded an amount to be pro-rated against used rental time. You may only reschedule your event ONE TIME.

*Rain waiver: is a mini insurance policy in case of inclement weather at a couple of hours prior to party time.  A muddy or wet venue site is not included in insurance policy you must select a site with weather in mind. The cost is 5% of our total bill and is none refundable. When iin place it guarantees you a full refund of your money if inclement weather should arise. When not in place you will be charged in full for your event.

Delivery: Our drivers will arrive at you event in plenty of time to properly set up all of your equipment and then be out of the way for your event to begin. If you have a Jupiter Jump rental it typically takes about 15 min to have you ready to go, please do not expect us any sooner. If you have multiple pieces we will arrive at the appropriate time to have all equipment set up and ready to go.  We will not use your event time for set up or break down.

Electricity: Each blower requires at least a 110 outlet. We must be within 100 ft of that 110 outlet. If setup requires a longer distance then it is your responsibility to rent one of our generators or supply your own. We do not guarantee electric at any facility. If electricity is not available or fully functional you will still be charged in full for your event.
